WEDDINATIONS

Weddinations is not another planning tool. It is an AI coordination team for wedding planners.

Inside the Weddinations Engine, specialist AI agents work together and take on the research, the communication and the coordination around your weddings.

On Lake Como, in Mallorca or right on your doorstep: you keep control throughout and approve every message the agent team sends before it goes out. That leaves you more of the time that matters — for your couples, for creative planning and for delivering weddings nobody forgets.

Four AI agents — research, communication, coordination and summary — are connected to the Weddinations Engine by dashed lines. From there, lines run onto a map with four location markers and a list of shortlisted venues with the statuses confirmed, under review and open.

The challenge

More than half the work is coordination, not design.

A destination wedding costs you, the planner, 200 to 300 hours. Most of that does not go into concept, taste or the relationship with the couple. It goes into process: finding venues, writing enquiries in three languages, chasing replies, agreeing dates, comparing quotes.

That caps a solo planner at a handful of weddings a year. And it leaves you unreachable outside office hours — while couples write in the evening and venues answer from a different time zone.

For a wedding in your own country the language load falls away. The research, the chasing and the scheduling stay exactly the same — which is why the same agents work for a wedding in Puglia and for one an hour down the road.

Hours taken from industry benchmarks, predominantly the US market. They have not been validated for the European markets we work in.

How it works

Five steps to a confirmed site visit.

That is the scope of the pilot: venue research and scheduling, nothing else. The agents work in order and stop where your decision is needed. The steps are the same whether the venue sits on Lake Garda or on your doorstep.

  1. 1. Hear the couple outThe couple describes what they have in mind: region, budget, guest numbers, style, timeframe.
  2. 2. Enter the briefYou put those details into Weddinations. No other preparation is needed.
  3. 3. Location scoutThe agent searches venues against those criteria and proposes a shortlist — every attribute with its source.
  4. 4. Your selectionYou and the couple decide which venues make the shortlist.
  5. 5. Site-visit agentThe agent writes to those venues, follows up and coordinates until the visit is confirmed.

Every step that goes outside lands with you first. Nothing is sent until you approve it — and it goes out under your name.

Human in the loop

You stay the sender. Nothing leaves the system without your click.

The agents take the work off your desk, not the control. Taste, design, the relationship with the couple and everything physical from the wedding day onwards stay with you.

After that

In planning

Coordinating a wedding involves a good deal more than research and dates. Further agents are in the works — which ones come next we prioritise together with the pilot planners. We are happy to go through the list in a conversation.

The agents execute and coordinate. Decisions of taste and design stay with the couple and the planner.
